Bio-hazard cleanup is a dangerous job as it requires the handling and proper disposal of bio hazardous materials which may contain life long and life ending diseases.

It is important that we see the scene as soon as possible to give you an estimate.  We cannot give you an estimate over the phone just as an electrician, a plumber or any other professional cannot give you a quote over the phone.

There are simply too many variable that can change the amount of time it will take to properly decontaminate an area (event that occurred, size of room(s), time since the event occurred, etc.) From our supervisors viewing the scene we can determine how many decon technicians and equipment is necessary to provide the best possible service.

Our rates are in accordance with Industry Standards, although we realize that some events require adjustment and reconsideration based on the specific needs of the client.  Payment options are available for those who may lack the ability to pay full invoiced amount.

Most business and homeowner’s insurance policies will cover the cost of the bio-hazard decontamination and the restoration process.  We will be happy to work directly with insurance providers as this may assist in reducing the stress experienced by our clients who have other pressing matters to attend to during such a traumatic time.

If a crime was committed the Iowa Crime Victim Compensation Program can assist with up to $1,000 for residential crimes scene clean up.  We have the applications on file and will assist in the process.
